The staff were incredible when we checked in, they really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team was friendly and punctual, I felt like they cared about our stay being pleasant.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain for the quality, still acceptable though.

The place is perfect for sports fans with a nearby racetrack and a cool sports bar to unwind after the day. The rooms were just what we needed and clean. The pool was a nice way to chill out too. Staff was friendly and made sure we were comfortable.

The breakfast could definitely be better. it was pretty basic and didn’t have much variety. Waffles were okay, but we would’ve loved some eggs or meat options.

The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, with friendly staff eager to assist. It's conveniently located near shopping spots and the freeway. A few minor maintenance issues were present, like a shower head needing attention, but overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

Upon entering the room, the strong bleach odor was off-putting, lingering despite attempts to cleanup, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. The hardwood floors contributed to excessive noise from the room above. On a positive note, the bed was quite comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the fresh coffee available was a pleasant bonus.

We loved the clean rooms and comfortable beds, which were perfect after long days exploring Kingsport. The staff were super friendly and even pointed us to some great local spots for dinner, making our stay more enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more dinner options nearby.

It was a reliable pick for a quick trip in Kingsport with good price value. The remodeling made the rooms feel more comfortable than expected, especially after a long day. Don't forget to check out the nearby Dollar General for any last-minute needs.

The recently renovated rooms with non-carpeted flooring were perfect for seniors like me, providing ease of mobility and cleanliness during our stay. Plus, their proximity to Walmart and Dollar General was extremely convenient for any immediate needs.

A wider variety of breakfast options would be nice.
